“Match-O-Matic”  Background

The “Match-O-Matic” unit consists of a custom designed circuit that allows correct impedance matching of the headphone output of any I-pod or MP3 player to the Jukebox amplifier. The unit is connected simultaneously with the stylus of the jukebox but does not affect the normal function of the jukebox and as such can be left permanently connected.
Selection of a deliberately left blank slot in the record magazine un-mutes the amplifier and allows the MP3 player sound to come through the Jukebox amplifier with the volume being adjustable in the normal way.

The circuit is so designed that it is powered by the incoming signal and requires NO batteries for it’s operation.
